Position Overview
Pay Range: $120k to $140k+ A Year, Based on experience and performance

Compensation Breakdown:

  • Hourly Rate: $35/hour
  • Annual Range: $75k to $150k+ A Year!
  • Commission: 3-10% Commission-Based

Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • On-Call Rotation

Position Requirements

  • 4+ years of HVAC experience.
  • Valid TN driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Driven to success, a team player, and a strong work ethic with customer service capabilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform HVAC services.
  • Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces

Position Responsibilities
As a HVAC service tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience with Hylton Heating and Cooling. Your daily tasks will include:

  • The Job: Serve and provide solutions. Respond to HVAC service calls for residential and commercial customers.
  • Problem Solve: Diagnose heating, cooling, and refrigeration issues, and offer customer options for repairs, or replacements.
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for solutions, and additional services for customers.
  • Communicate Effectively: Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide options and recommendations.
  • Own the Relationship: Build the relationship and trust with your customers, follow-up, and convert on opportunities.
  • Serve Gladly: Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
  • Work Dependably: Keep your company vehicle clean, well maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop Your Skills: Attend team meetings and training to continually improve skills and technical abilities.
